After several residents complained of the rundown Arbor Court apartments bringing dangerous activity, the complex's attorney confirmed to ABC13 that there are no plans to remove it.

Of the nine fires the Houston Fire Department has responded to at the complex over the past two years, multiple have come within inches of her home."We are really scared, really worried about those fires, and it's been constantly as well," Ponce explained.After extensive flooding during Hurricane Harvey, city officials refused to issue building permits, and complex owners say they were stuck, unable to make any repairs.
