Woman wins High Court bid to sue Catholic Diocese of Lismore over sexual abuse claim

A New South Wales woman hoping to sue the Catholic Diocese of Lismore for negligence in a sexual abuse claim has won her High Court bid to overturn a permanent stay on the case.Anderson died in 1996, and the church says it cannot get a fair trial because of the absence of records and the deaths of relevant witnesses.
