A high-profile lawyer representing one of three men accused of performing Nazi salutes outside Sydney’s Jewish Museum has denied claims his client has ever owned or worn a Nazi uniform - unlike former Premier Dominic Perrottet or Prince Harry.

Ryan Peter Marshall, Daniel Muston and Anthony Raymond Mitchell pleaded not guilty to behaving in an offensive manner near a public place/school and knowingly displaying by public act a Nazi symbol without excuse.

High profile solicitor Bryan Wrench said Daniel Muston is not a Nazi after pleading not guilty to performing a Nazi salute. Ryan Peter Marshall attempted to hide from media after pleading not guilty.
