A Nevada man who was sexually abused as a child by his babysitter punched the now 80-year-old perpetrator in the face in court after he was sentenced.

Tylor Fu, 29, testified against Richard Gross during proceedings in which he was charged with 26 felony counts of the sexual abuse of a child.

’ He added: ‘It just doesn’t make sense how someone can abuse a child multiple times and just walk away without any prison time.’ Clark County district court Judge Tierra Jones issued a suspended sentence of 60-80 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections. The man who punched a convicted sex offender in court told the 8 News Now Investigators that he was upset about a plea deal This means Gross will not be imprisoned unless he violates the terms of his probation.
