MALAYSIA will summon the Hong Kong and London units of Goldman Sachs to respond to criminal charges filed against them by June, Reuters reported today. The two units are among three units of the US investment bank that were charged with misleading investors by making inaccurate statements and leaving out key facts over bond issues amounting to US$6.5 billion for 1Malaysia Development Bhd.
