Initially, everyone believed that both Chad and his filicide wife, Lori Daybell, were going to be tried together. However, in March, Judge Steven Boyce announced that the court was going to look at cases against both individuals separately.
Chad Daybell has been charged with the murder of his wife Lori’s children Joshua and Tylee. Furthermore, he has even been charged with the murder of his first wife, Tammy Daybell. They found human remains. After investigating further, the cops learned that the remains were those of Joshua and Tylee. At the time of their deaths, Joshua was 7 years old while Tylee was 16 years old.
The cops furthermore learned that Joshua was wrapped in duct tape and his sister’s body was badly burned.
