A woman and two dogs were injured in an attack in North Tyneside. Two individuals have been arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a dangerously out of control dog. The police have seized two XL Bullies and three other dogs. The government is working on legislation to address loopholes in existing laws.

Northumbria Police said it had responded after “received calls from residents” in Wallsend reporting that a woman and two dogs, had been injured.“A 22-year-old woman and 31-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a dangerously out of control dog.”

They remain in custody, the force said, and two dogs believed to be XL Bullies were seized, as well as three other dogs.In September, Rishi SunakIn a video clip, the Prime Minister calledin a recent video celebrating his first year in office.
