A thief who stole an electric bicycle from the headquarters of Greater Manchester Police has been given a suspended sentence after pleading guilty to theft. The thief and his accomplice were spotted by a detective but managed to escape on the stolen e-bikes. The thief has also been charged with burglary and is due to stand trial.
