Week four of the Manuel Ellis murder trial is now underway.

ExpandWeek four of theChristopher Burbank, Matthew Collins, and Timothy Rankine are all charged in Ellis’s death due toThe state says the testimony is going slow -- last week they only got through five witnesses in four days. And there are dozens of potential witnesses who could be called to testify.

And now it could be the third week of November before they wrap their case. After that, the defense will present its own case, which could take the trial into December.
