The Nation Newspaper BREAKING: Supreme Court reserves judgment in appeal by Atiku, PDP

and the Peoples Democratic Party against the September 6 judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court which affirmed the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the last presidential election.

The court also took arguments from lawyers to parties on the motion filed by the appellants to supply fresh evidence.Appellants’ lawyer, Chris Uche urged the court to grant the motion and allow their appeal, grant the prayers sought and disqualify Tinubu.
