Both accused are members of Helicopter and Aviation CC.

It is alleged that between 2018 and 2020 both accused failed to submit their income tax returns. This resulted to SARS being prejudiced to sum of over R2.4 million. The matter was reported to the Hawks’s Serious Commersial Crime Investigation based in Johannesburg for probing.
