Justin D. Smith, 30, of Steelton; and Drafton E. Jones, 30, of Harrisburg, were charged in September with attempted homicide and aggravated assault. Jones is also charged with theft and possession of a weapon, according to court documents made available last week. They are still wanted as of Thursday.
