The defence in the trial-within-a-trial of the five men accused of killing Senzo Meyiwa is expected to cross-examine State witness and magistrate Vivienne Cronje on Thursday, 19 October. On Tuesday, Cronje told the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria that she took down accused 2 Bongani Ntanzi’s confession statement in the presence of his lawyer and that there is a three-hour recording which Ntanzi was not made aware of. for the murder of the soccer star, Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya, Bongani Ntanzi, Mthobisi Prince Mncube, Mthokoziseni Maphisa and Fisokuhle Nkani Ntuli.
