Police said a getaway car the accused pair allegedly used was found burnt out on Preston Avenue in Five Dock a short time later with a gun inside.Masei Tavui, who is a Wests Tigers junior, was arrested at a home in Austral on Tuesday morning and charged with murder. The 21-year-old appeared in Liverpool Local Court via audio video link today, and his lawyer did not apply for bail.
