The fatal Highway 11 crash happened in April 2022

TEMISKAMING SHORES — A transport truck driver charged in a four-vehicle crash that killed a woman and two unborn babies last year is now a wanted person after skipping a court date.

Last year, he was charged with dangerous operation causing death and dangerous operation causing bodily harm. He has now also been charged with failing to attend court. The original charges against Ouellette stem from an April 7, 2022, crash on Highway 11 at Highway 65 in Temiskaming Shores.
