Rights watchdog suspects some women not receiving equal pay for equal work

The BBC is to be formally investigated by the equality watchdog over claims men were consistently paid more than women for doing the same job.

So now it doesn't matter how experienced you are or how good at negotiation you are you get the same if you're a woman. What about women with more experience & better negotiation skills? We just normalise pay based on role. This wont work.

There's no such thing as a gender pay gap. Perfectly valid market forces explain why certain people are paid at a particular level.

BBC investigated over pay discriminationThe Equality and Human Rights Commission is looking into past pay discrimination against women at the BBC. Could end up like Google - investigating similar allegations and ended up finding they were under paying men. The BBC should also be investigated over the ridiculously excessive salaries for their 'stars' aka 'BBC pets'. It's a corrupt organisation and we are forced to fund it. Can Fiona Bruce pay be docked for political bias. Should be sacked.
