Utah cookie companies, Crumbl and Dirty Dough, have reached a settlement in their dispute over recipes and packaging.
According to court documents, both companies have 30 days to complete the process in finalizing the written agreement. In a joint statement, the companies acknowledged that a former owner of Dirty Dough had downloaded recipes and operational information while employed at Crumbl.Still no resolution in 'Utah Cookie Wars' lawsuits
The legal dispute began in July 2022 when Crumbl filed a lawsuit alleging that Dirty Dough and Crave had copied packaging, recipes, and the overall reputation of the cookie company.
