President Bola Tinubu has filed a counter-appeal at the Supreme Court, levelling serious accusations against his political rival, Atiku Abubakar.

The allegations put forth by President Tinubu claim that Atiku used different names on two key academic certificates. The move is in response to Atiku’s earlier suit at the Supreme Court, where he accused the president of presenting a forged certificate to INEC before the 2023 elections.
