Najib seeks court directive on gag order in SRC International case

Former prime minister Najib Razak has been charged with criminal breach of trust, abusing his position and money laundering, involving millions belonging to SRC International. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, March 11, 2019.

NAJIB Razak wants a court directive outlining what the public and media can discuss and publish regarding his SRC International Sdn Bhd case, the Court of Appeal heard today. Lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah said any statement by the media or public on the merits of his client’s criminal case could be sub judice.
