An Ohio area man was arrested after he drove to Lake County intending to meet a young girl for a sexual encounter, according to the sheriff’s office. Zachary Clemons, 38, of Dublin, Ohio, was arrested on Oct. 9 after traveling here to meet someone he believed to be under the age of 14, police said. After Clemons was arrested, police said they found a small amount of cocaine in his possession.
