The footage then showed a man getting out of a car and approaching the victim's car, before smashing the front window with what police believe was a machete. The court heard the phone call to the victim to meet at the car wash had come from a person called Chris, with the victim saying he had travelled there in the early hours of the morning to see who would turn up but denied it was a drug deal.Aaron Kenneth Campbell was arrested by police three months after the incident, with officers alleging the accused was forensically linked to a black face mask.
