Man locked up for life for raping mentally handicapped cousin

KwaZulu-Natal police spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Thulani Zwane said the mentally handicapped man was at home in Gingindlovu on New Year’s Day when the suspect raped him at around 4am.

"The two brothers of the victim who came from enjoying themselves for the New Year’s Day‚ noticed that the door of a rondavel where their brother was sleeping was not properly closed and they became suspicious‚" Zwane said.A rape case was opened at the Gingindlovu police station after the suspect confessed.

That Life sentence nonsense is wasting state money... Rather bring back Death Sentence. Imagine a criminal will use state money until He/she dies, how many RDPs can be built with such money?

He will sure get raped too where he is going
