Tension in Kwara as court asks APC candidate to defend certificate forgery allegation vanguardngr.com vanguardnews

The case was instituted against the APC gubernatorial candidate by one Adekunle Oluwafemi Abraham.In the writ of summons dated March 7, 2019, the court ordered the defendant to “ within 30 days enter an appearance in the matter.

According to him, the way the defendant’s name was written as” RASAQ A R” from his personal experience, the West African Examination Council Abraham further urged the court to declare that the APC candidate lied on oath, submitted forged documents and stand disqualified from contesting the gubernatorial elections.
