A CVS pharmacy in Washington, DC is being targeted by thieves on such a regular basis that the store is basically empty. A large group of teeneagers is hitting the store so regularly that they’ve even figured out when the store receives new deliveries of goods.

It makes it hard to read the labels and comparison-shop, but I understand that it is necessary theft-prevention.A store facing theft like that should go to a sales-by-appointment-only model.
