Even if MPs back Theresa May's deal next week there will not be enough time to pass the legislation needed before 29 March.

The idea of a delay is refuted by Downing Street who insist Britain will leave on time. But Theresa May recently watered down her language to state that leaving on 29 March is still"within our grasp".

If approved, both Houses would need to pass a law - the Withdrawal Agreement Bill - in order to pave the way for exit. If the withdrawal deal is not passed, MPs are expected to vote on 13 March against the prospect of leaving without a deal, and in favour of mandating the government to ask the EU for a delay to Article 50 the next day.

Without a deal, European countries' willingness to allow a short extension is in much greater doubt, with EU sources suggesting members could insist on a long extension of up to two years.

They’ve had 2 years to pass legislation, this is an attempt at changing the result. There will be no changes to WA. The idea of a 2nd referendum is preposterous. We should leave without on the 29th cut the tariffs to the Rest of the world and then negotiate!

Because of their incompetence

That's not his job. Shut up and do your job

The sole blame lies with Treason May Conspired for 3 years for the hope it could be stopped Derailed or forced another referendum 'FORCED ! Being the prominent word here There no right to a free vote in the UK forced on us by the EU

Yey.....YEY.....YEY...........YEY...........YEY........YEY............YEY that's why they receive in excess of 87.000 a year isnt it? Back and Stop are Both GREAT IDEAS !

No No deal is better it’s done then

Ignore the hype, ignore the noise we leave no deal March 29. Parliament is split and the EU won't offer any concessions
