Members taking ANC to court sets bad precedent: SACP The SACP in the North West has warned the ANC of setting a bad precedent by allowing its members to take the party to court.

This as some disgruntled party members have already threatened to take the national executive committee to court next week.which was led by Premier Job Mokgoro.

SACP provincial secretary, Madoda Sambatha says: “It is as if the only way to lead the ANC is to misbehave and taking the ANC to court. Our province is highly divided, it is highly anarchic and this anarchy is rewarded by the NEC.”
