Shores said a team that included some of the department's most experienced prosecutors and FBI agents examined the evidence in the case, including enhancedThe investigation aimed to determine whether Shelby willfully violated federal law, which Shores said required prosecutors to determine that Shelby acted with the “deliberate and specific intent” to do something illegal.

Fixer_guy White cop privilege
Damn shame..😠😠
Of course not. How would it look if law enforcement and this corrupted government system were to serve justice to this Black person by condemnation of it's self? Want to commit murder and get away with it? Become a Cop.
There was a video..
If you're so scared, maybe you shouldn't be a cop. Police paranoia should be studied as a mental defect. failtoprotectandserve
Pigs, the lot of them.
Wash, rinse, repeat...
Shameful. Horrible. This is a disgrace.
So, the dead black man came back to life? Ok, case closed.
Unbelievable!!!
I’m shocked!
unfortunately, she murdered the witness.
She went into the mans room, and shot him and that is not enough evidence No wonder we have no confidence in law enforcement or the judiciary
Can’t “like” so I’ll say “fuck this shit”
testified fired the weapon out of shit 💩 fear even though trained to see 20/20 Crutcher didn’t obey her lying commands appeared to reach inside his SUV no time to waste thought he a gun.
This Police Officer Shelby shot to death a black, stranded motorist who wasn't committing any crime, and to boot, was walking away from this psychotic, racist officer. Yet, this demon shot him. She left the Tulsa PD, but joined another PD. Yes, it's that bad.
Guess it pays to have friends in the Trump administration.
The cop that shot and killed an unarmed Mike Brown didn’t face charges either.
The justice system working as designed. Every part of this system is anti Black ados. NeverForget
yeah. but Noko killed a US student. let's het hysterical over that.
Of course not! Now that would be ridiculous woundn’t it?
So how is it that AmericanDos continues to suffer at the hands of white supremacy and nobody is really doing anything about it? ADOS are dropping like flies and the media talks about damn near EVERYTHING ELSE but this. And we get push back when we push for reparations. Shameful
WTF?
Good ole swept under the table
and that,,,,,,,,,,,,just Breaks your Hearts,,,,,,,,,, Don't it !
No surprise there. The Department of Justice is notoriously cowered by the police, taking virtually no action in the great majority of cases of police misconduct. The police know this and feel unhampered in their brutality.
Saintsfan5348 Duh. Don't be black around cops
“ we’re disappointed “. Tfwd
Yikes
She’s murderer.
WTH?
As there were not a bus full of nuns with 20/20 vision, during high noon, on a Wednesday, all carrying video cameras, broadcasting on FaceBook LIVE at the time of the event . . . there was insufficient evidence.
