“What this means is that they are saying it substantially complies with the rules. So, legally, Atiku will fail, morally he will fail, and so, it’s not just good for him.

Voters were obviously disenfranchised & there should be rules to prevent these nonsense that always happens during election esp the rigging. So therefore, they dont comply with the electoral rules.🙄
