A Perth woman accused of running down a group of teenagers, killing one of them, flags a possible bail application if delays in her trial mean she will spend years behind bars before it begins.

Ms Hishmeh, who has pleaded not guilty to all the charges against her, has been in custody since her arrest on the day of the incident 14 months ago.
