Cohen is expected to bring several documents, including copies of checks and financial statements that he says support his testimony, as he attempts to overcome questions about the veracity of his testimony since he pleaded guilty last year for lying to Congress. As a former Trump employee, Cohen said that during the 2016 campaign he helped Trump direct negotiations for a Trump Tower in Moscow, and that Trump was behind the project.
Cohen will say that Trump signed a personal check to reimburse him for hush money while in office — money that Cohen later pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations for.

With all of the 'bombshells' dropped over the last 2+ years of investigation... Why is there still no evidence of collusion? Maybe because it didn't happen between Trump and Russia. But there is significant evidence it happened between Hillary, Russia and Ukraine.

Even if Cohen can prove his story the Republicans won't care. They will just insist it's a plot by the Democrats. The Republicans will scream that Cohen is a liar, ignoring Trump's thousands of lies.

I think this congress is misguided and it needs to clean house of congressmen / women, who cannot do their jobs properly. Nobody that is newly naturalized should be allowed to hold public office till the second generation to learn about our country + understand how it works.
He will say anything at this point. Lying witnesses testimony are inadmissible as evidence, but the liberals want to trump Trump even if its questionable. Liberals break rules of law to twist democracy into a dictatorship. Nancy Pelosi has stated SHE is running our Government.

I read Cohen's full opening statement. Sadly, I have become so numb to trump, the accusations did not feel like bombshells. We have a criminal sociopath in the White House, unquestionably. What we do about it is the question on my mind.
