Colette Clark, the public service and administration department's deputy director general of research and analysis, successfully litigated against her employers, who were ordered to reinstate her following her 6 August illegal axing. The judgment was delivered in Johannesburg on Tuesday. News24 understands from sources in the department that Clark was initially suspended on 13 October 2020 after she submitted a whistle-blower report on alleged corruption and mismanagement, with no action taken.
