SEMENYIH, Feb 27 — Pakatan Harapan deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin stressed that the government will always strive to safeguard the rights and privileges of the Malays and Islam. “What I am going to say is that PH’s government does not contradict the Constitution,” he said in his speech at the ‘Bicara Rakyat’ programme at Sungai Kembung Hilir here last night in a series of PH campaigns ahead of the Semenyih state by-election on March 2.

On Saturday, Barisan Nasional secretary-general Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Aziz was reported to have questioned some of the government’s appointments while campaigning here.

Why? Being born a Malay? Someone deserves something just for being born? Perplexing....

If Malaysia is a bus, and the citizens are the passengers... who would u wan to be the driver? A Malay? Non Malay? Or just anyone who is good in driving a bus and making sure everyone is safe? Top positions shd be filled by capable ppl who can deliver not based on race identity

Who is Muhyiddin trying to kid? LGE is trustworthyHe escaped the bribery conviction solely because PH is in power. Now he is embroiled in another bribery case.I am sure this one will be closed too. And how can you expect a non muslim AG and CJ to protect Islam?WTF Muhyiddin.
