PETALING JAYA: PAS today referred to a court order in London when it dismissed a challenge to reveal if it had paid Clare Rewcastle-Brown money following an out-of-court settlement with the British journalist. PAS secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan said the consent order by the High Court of Justice in London stipulates that party president Abdul Hadi Awang – the claimant in this case – will not pursue the matter, while Rewcastle-Brown will not pursue her counterclaim.“PAS does not need to pay any fee as we are not even a party to the suit,” he said in a statement.
