PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): Former Goldman Sachs banker Roger Ng has withdrawn his appeal against a High Court dismissal of the bail application which he filed pending a hearing of extradition proceedings.

PUTRAJAYA : Former Goldman Sachs banker Roger Ng has withdrawn his appeal against a High Court dismissal of the bail application which he filed pending a hearing of extradition proceedings.

A three-man bench comprising Justices Datuk Kamardin Hashim, Datuk Rhodzariah Bujang and Datuk Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah subsequently struck off the appeal on Tuesday .
