representing former Felda chairman Mohd Isa Abdul Samad, who is facing one count of criminal breach of trust and nine counts of corruption involving more than RM3 million, is filing an application to transfer the case to the high court. Lawyer K. Kumaraendran told sessions court judge Azura Alwi the defence would file the application to transfer the case from the sessions court to the high court by March 20. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
