Illegal sack: National Industrial Court gives Energy Commission till Apr 9

Telegram The National Industrial Court in Abuja has fixed April 9 for hearing in the motion seeking to enforce its earlier order for the reinstatement of a director in the Energy Commission of Nigeria , Engr. Charles Okechukwu Ani. Justice Sanusi Kado last week dismissed a counter affidavit by the ECN challenging the enforcement of the court’s order reinstating the director.
