Borrower's have to bear some responsibility here, when people got on the greedy bandwagon of ever increasing house prices they were more then happy to borrow more and more. Someone who can buy 5 houses can understand simple rules of affordability.

People get away with everything in ths easy to put the blame on somebdy else for their mess..She wouldn’t be complaining if she had made profits from the sale of the properties...She wld have signed the mortgage docs and she is to be blamed.NOBODY ELSE

There are one or two other classactions against Australian banks working their way towards the Courts
