In a document filed Tuesday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Judge Eric Bruggink put on hold an earlier bid protest brought by Oracle America Inc., which has sought to overturn an earlier decision to go to just one provider for the Pentagon's $10 billion cloud computing contract.

This is what every major contractor in DC does. They hire away top officials then use the connections those officials have to win massive contracts.
