If the SCOTUS overrules the separation of powers, then states should reconsider supporting the rest of the constitution. Especially monetarily. Taxation without representation.
I am not convinced. The constitutional weight is much greater than with the travel ban and likely to give Roberts pause. Trump has done more to undermine his argument by word and deed, rejecting a deal that gave him wall money because it didn't limit legal immigration enough.
