IPOH:A 50-year-old man was charged at the Magistrate’s Court here with murdering another man at a rehabilitation and nursing home.

Lai Mun Kong was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code, which provides the death penalty upon sentencing.Deputy Public Prosecutor Nur Aqilah Syaza Ariffin prosecuted, while the accused was not represented.
