PTSD is no excuse for what was premeditated murder. this mental health defense is being stretched way too far. he is responsible for bringing a gun with him to the Eaton's Center and opening fire. this needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Jury at Eaton Centre trial asks about not criminally responsible findingA jury considering the case of a man accused of killing two people after opening fire at Toronto's Eaton Centre six years ago has interrupted deliberations to ask about the circumstances under which the man could be found not criminally responsible. One of his victims was a 13 year old boy who had to go through multiple surgeries to live a slightly normal life. He loved baseball and can not ever play again. In any normal country this sewer rat would have been hung the next day. Why are we entertaining this clown? Reading the notes here, I would say that The Wisdom of Soloman is called for in this case. The defence said there is no way to know which shots caused death and which did not so they believe it's not worth going ''down that rabbit hole.' If only there was a group of people who investigate acts of violence like it was a science. Like forensics. Aw well.
