This is why Dems care States and tax payers have the right to know what parts of their population are citizens, legal immigrants, & illegal immigrants. Supreme Court To Decide Whether 2020 Census Will Include Citizenship QuestionThe high court agreed to a speedy review of a lower court's ruling that stopped Trump administration plans to use the census to ask whether every person living in the country is a U.S. citizen. Gee, I WONDER what the result will be? It is a legitimate question for America to ask of people living in our country. You're asked your citizenship status on jury duty forms in both state and federal court. There's a legal precedent that your citizenship status is of valid interest to the state. It's hard to argue otherwise that it's unconstitutional.
