Subsidising the legal profession!!

The big question for Saskatchewan is, when it's finished taking the federal government to court over carbon pricing, will it take Ontario to court for having the exact same plan without the rebates? ...

A waste of time & Sask Taxpayers Dollars, its already been decided, it will end up at SCC, if gov's and the Courts would have complied with the wording in the Constitution Act 1867, the SCC is defined as the General Court of Appeal for Canada, Sask Court of Appeal is irrellevant

They know they will lose. Grandstanding waste of sask tax money

Way to go Saskatchewan, you are standing up for all Canadians!

Court will rule with feds cause like feminist no common sense imo

Court denies appeal for man convicted of manslaughter in strangulation deathNova Scotia's top court will not grant a second trial to a man convicted in the death of a Cape Breton woman whose remains were found in a hockey bag floating on a river. This is interesting: 'the Crown did not honour the plea bargain they reached with him' That's like breach of contract isn't it? What would you do in that case? Make the entire deal public? Takeaway is to have deals always in writing and have the proper signatures on it.
