AL.com reports that White, at 5-foot-11, was one of three finalists for Alabama Class 6A player of the year as a junior. White a first-team all-state selection. He averaged 20.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.9 steals for the Indians. As a sophomore, he averaged 17.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists and also had 71 steals.
