Weiss’s actions with the deal and trying to sneak it past Noreika is the reason why the probe needs a special counsel.

Thank goodness U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika saw through everything and told them as such. The government also admitted to Noreika that it still had Hunter under federal investigation. But is the DOJ really still investigating Hunter? I would believe it if the DOJ didn’t appoint Weiss.

Appointing Weiss is beyond ridiculous. Just when you think the administration couldn’t get more obvious that it covers up everything they do something like this.: “David Weiss can’t be trusted and this is just a new way to whitewash the Biden family’s corruption. Weiss has already signed off on a sweetheart plea deal that was so awful and unfair that a federal judge rejected it.

“The information was filed in this District because the parties had previously agreed that the Defendant would waive any challenge to venue and plead guilty in this District. However, during the July 26, 2023, hearing that the Court set on this matter, the Defendant pled not guilty,” it adds. “Since that time, the parties have engaged in further plea negotiations but are at an impasse. The Government now believes that the case will not resolve short of a trial.

Court's Decision Could Impact Hunter Biden's CaseThe U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third District has thrown out the sentence of Patrick Daniels, who was found with marijuana and firearms in his car. This ruling could potentially affect Hunter Biden's case, as he has been charged under the same statute in Delaware. The Department of Justice may use this ruling to negotiate a new plea agreement for Biden. Legal experts believe that the Court's decision aligns with the Second Amendment, which does not include any exceptions or limitations.
