Dublin airport operator to seek stay against Fingal County Council order against late night flights this afternoon

DAA, the operator of Dublin Airport, is due to go to the High Court this afternoon to plead for an interim stay against an enforcement notice from Fingal County Council which was made last week.

DAA is looking to block Fingal County Council’s order to restrict night-time flights at the country’s largest airport. Fingal County Council in its ruling said it was ordering the restriction of night-time activity to “protect residential amenity.”
