Twenty one years after businessman Alexander Blue was murdered outside his Glasgow home no one has ever been charged.
But today the circumstances of his death are still shrouded in mystery and the case remains one of the city's most notorious unsolved murders.The fitness fanatic was known in the west end of the city for his love of fancy cars and designer suits and on the night of his death the door to his Porche and Dowanhill home were both open when police arrived at the scene after being alerted by a frightened neighbour.
He told the Sunday Mail at the time "It's time to take this case out of cold storage and bring those responsible to justice."Detective Chief Superintendent Paul Livingstone is head of major crime at Police Scotland, and insists that no unsolved murder is ever closed.
