Disturbing details emerged in the Makhanda Magistrate's Court on Friday as the father of a 7-year-old boy in an affidavit informed the court that his son was allegedly repeatedly violated"many times" by a St Andrew's College staffer.
In an affidavit read out in court by State prosecutor Zimvo Mndi, the 44-year-old father of the child charged that his son told him on 22 July last year that the suspect pulled down his pants and put his private parts into his mouth.
