Introducing a carbon pricing system is totally within the authority of the federal government. A court following the letter of the law has no choice but to rule in favor of the federal government. If emotionalism rules the day, the Supreme Court will overturn any other decision.

The carbon tax hasn't hurt the Sask. economy, it's the ding bat conservatives running it. They will lose in court, wasting tax payer money, something they're good at.
