A family is seeking justice after two teens were caught on camera attacking a 14-year-old in a Phoenix neighborhood and stealing his property before biking away.Police say the victim and his friend were walking home when they were confronted by two older teenagers riding mini dirt bikes.
"I was kind of dozed off, like my head's ringing, and I couldn't think straight because I got slammed," said Joshua, the teen who was attacked.
